Sub: – Promotion of Assistant Teachers (Nursery) of Primary Schools of MCD to the post of TGTsITGTs(MIL) in the Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi against the vacancies for the year 2013-14,2014-15,2015-16 and 2016-17.

Experience and Necessary Documents needed for NURSERY TEACHER TO TGT PROMOTION CRITERIA DELHI NCT :
- Assistant Teachers (Nursery) of primary schools having 5 years of regular service.
- Education qualification proof.
- Work & Conduct Report (WCR).
- Integrity Certificate (IC).
- Vigilance Clearance Report (VCR).
- Annual Confidential Report
(ACR)/Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) for the last 5 years service

OTHER FORMALITIES FOR PROMOTION:
First all the documents check by school principle and attested. Then eligible candidates apply for promotion.
The consolidated list of applications may be forwarded through online system and a
G hard copy as per enclosed Proforma separately for Male &_ Female subject wise/ category wise for Assistant Teachers duly signed by the competent authority may be sent. The MCD authorities will be responsible for incorrect information filled in the consolidated list through
online system and in hard copy. It is clarified that no previous lists/applications will be
considered for these posts and all the willing candidates should be informed that they will
have to apply a afresh in the Proforma through online.
Please note that if the applications /dossiers of eligible candidates are not received or
filled in online system by the stipulated date i.e. 25/05/2018, then the concerned MCD
authority will be responsible for the lapse and it would be presumed that there is no further eligible Assistant Teachers in the MCD. The D.P.C. will be held accordingly and the
remaining vacancies shall be filled up by Direct Recruitment through DSSSB as per the
norms laid down in the RRs to the post of TGTITGT (MIL).
Further, it is informed that dossiers of eligible teachers on a particular cut-off date
mentioned in this letter for a respective year of promotion should be forwarded to E – III
Branch, Directorate of Education. If an eligible teacher is not considered for promotion in a particular year, then he/she will be considered for the next years of promotion. Therefore,
dossiers should not be sent separately for each year, if a teacher is eligible for promotion in more than one year. Also, if dossiers of Assistant Teachers (Nursery) for promotion
have already been forwarded alongwith the dossiers of Assistant Teachers (Primary),
then there is no need to send the fresh dossiers. The same will be considered automatically.
